1. **Payment Policy**  

   - Customers must make full payment prior to the installation of any Xypersoft software. Installation services will be initiated only after payment confirmation.

2. **Non-Resale Agreement**  

   - Xypersoft software is strictly for personal or business use by the purchaser only. Unauthorized resale or distribution of the software is prohibited.  

3. **Consequences of Unauthorized Resale**  

   - If any customer is found reselling Xypersoft software without authorization, the company reserves the right to ban the customer from official communication channels, including our official WhatsApp.

4. **License Terms**  

   - The software license is granted to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or sublicensed to another party without written consent from Xypersoft.

5. **Support and Maintenance**  

   - Post-installation support is available as per the terms of the purchased software package. Additional fees may apply for extended support.

1. **Payment Policy**  

   - Customers are required to make a 50% advance payment before Xypersoft begins the installation of the software. The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon successful installation.

2. **Non-Resale Agreement**  

   - Xypersoft software is provided exclusively for the original purchaser's personal or business use. Reselling, redistributing, or transferring the software without authorization is strictly prohibited.  

3. **Consequences of Unauthorized Resale**  

   - If any customer is found reselling Xypersoft software, we will permanently ban them from all official communication channels, including our official WhatsApp.

4. **License Terms**  

   - The software license is granted solely to the initial purchaser and may not be transferred or sublicensed to others without Xypersoft's written approval.

5. **Support and Maintenance**  

   - Xypersoft provides support as per the purchased package. Any additional support beyond this may incur extra charges.
